Republican People’s Party (CHP) dismissed Ardahan MP Öztürk Yılmaz from the party after his expression, “Let the prayers be announced in Turkish” on a TV show. Reacting against the disciplinary investigation opened against him, Yılmaz criticized CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu without mentioning his name. “This disciplinary investigation is wrong, it’s unlawful, I reprimand it,” Yılmaz said. Because of this expression, he was transferred to the disciplinary committee for the second time with a definite dismissal claim.
