The prosecutor requested time to prepare his opinion in the case against Mezopotamya Agency reporter Berivan Kutlu, who is being tried on charges of “making organization propaganda.” At the hearing held at the Diyarbakır 4th Heavy Penal Court, Kutlu’s television appearances and social media posts following the February 6, 2023 earthquakes were presented as evidence. The court accepted the prosecutor’s request and postponed the hearing until April 14.
