Teams from the Samsun Provincial Gendarmerie Command Counterterrorism Branch detained 26-year-old O.A. on January 9 in the district of Vezirköprü on allegations of spreading ISIS propaganda. O.A., who is said to be a construction worker, is accused of spreading propaganda for the organization via his social media accounts. After completing procedures at the gendarmerie, O.A. was referred to the courthouse.
