Four years have passed since the death of Hacı Lokman Birlik, who was killed by being tied to an armoured vehicle while injured on October 3, 2015 in Dicle Neighborhood of Şırnak. No progress was made in the investigation conducted by Şırnak Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office on the matter, despite the long time passed.
