Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTUK) updated their Audiovisual Ethics Principles. The update included “respecting national will” and “supporting family integrity and continuity” within the 20-article broadcast principles for media service providers. Furthermore, the article in the list that previously stated, “Paying attention to the needs, taste and sensitivities of the audience” was changed with, “paying attention to the society’s beliefs, values and sensitivities.”
