The first hearing of the lawsuit filed against People’s Democratic Party (HDP) Şişli District Organisation Co-Char Mutlu Öztürk and 7 other HDP members was held at Istanbul 29th Assize Court with charges of “organising an illegal demonstration” and “making illegal organisation propaganda.”
Öztürk, who was arrested in remand, and 8 HDP members were released in the first hearing of the case. The second hearing was scheduled for July 7.
