The first hearing of the lawsuit filed against Mısra Öz, who lost her son Oğuz Arda Sel in the train massacre on July 8, 2018 in Çorlu (which caused the deaths of 25 people, including 7 children), was held at Çorlu 5th Criminal Court of First Instance. The mother has searched for justice for his son, and demanded for whoever is responsible to be prosecuted. The lawsuit against her was filed due to “insulting a public officer.” The second hearing of the lawsuit will be held on February 9, 2021.
