The first hearing of the lawsuit filed against Dutch journalists Olaf Koens and Pepijn Nagtzaam, who were detained in Edirne while following the refugee movement on the Turkish-Greek border last September, was held at the Edirne 5th Criminal Court of First Instance. The trial of journalists, who are charged with “violating the Law No. 2565 on Military Forbidden Zones and Security Areas” will continue on May 12.
