After the news reported by Mesopotamia News Agency on the violation and mistreatment at Bayburt Type-M Prison, a lawsuit was filed against the news with the application of the prison administration. The lawsuit was filed against the agency’s Managing Editor Ferhat Çelik and will be held on February 2nd at Bayburt Criminal Court of First Instance.
