A lawsuit was filed against Cumhuriyet Daily reporter Alican Uludağ with the allegation of “attacking commercial reputation” after his coverage of news on the warning letter issued by Apple Inc. against BIM Inc due to “imitated products”. The first hearing of the lawsuit, filed with a claim of compensation for 250 thousand TL, will be held on April 30 at Istanbul Civil Court of First Instance.
