The first hearing of the lawsuit filed against journalist Oktay Candemir due to “making illegal organisation propaganda” through four Facebook posts he made in 2014 and 2015, as well as the slogans involved in the news video he recorded 16 years ago, was held at Van 5th Assize Court. The second hearing of the case was scheduled for September 23.
