Lawsuits were filed against former Republican People’s Party (CHP) Party Assembly members due to the petition launched by the assembly following the July 15 Coup Attempt. The first hearing of the case will be held on October 31st at Ankara 12th Assize Court with 60 CHP members on trial due to “insulting Erdoğan.”
