The court issued a decree of non-jurisdiction in the lawsuit filed against Republican People’s Party (CHP) Deputy Chair Gökçe Gökçen at the Ankara 18th Assize Court on the charge of “assault against the President” due to the booklet “The Political Limb of FETO in 21 Questions” prepared by the Republican People’s Party (CHP). After the hearing, the party members, including deputies, made a press statement in front of the courthouse and were prevented by the police from holding banners.
