A lawsuit was filed against the banner hung on the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Van İpekyolu district building to condemn the murder of 7 members of the same family in the racist attack in Konya. As part of the case, whose first hearing will be held at the Van 4th Criminal Court of First Instance on May 10, 4 Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) members, including Van Provincial Co-Chair and İpekyolu District Co-Chair, are charged with “public incitement towards resentment and hostility”.
