A lawsuit was filed against the wife of arrested journalist Aziz Oruç, Hülya Oruç, due to her social media posts on the negligence in prisons during the outbreak. Oruç will stand trial at Diyarbakır 5th Criminal Court of First Instance due to “public incitement towards resentment and hostility” and the first hearing will be held on January 18.
