Association for Freedom of Expression (IFOD) launched the information report, entitled, “Judicial Reform Pack: A New Obstacle on the way Towards ECHR.” The report evaluates the effect of the Judicial Reform on freedom of expression and related prosecutions, as well as consequences of paving the way to appeal at the Court of Cassation.
