The lawsuit filed against journalist Selda Manduz due to “illegal organisation membership” was concluded with acquittal. Manduz was detained during the operation conducted against the People’s Democratic Party (HDP) and Kars Municipality in October and the lawsuit against her was filed based on secret witness statements against her as well as phone calls she made with her colleagues.
