Journalist Ruşen Takva will stand trial on June 10 due to the press statement organised by the Democratic Regions Party (DBP) that he followed on January 8. In the lawsuit filed against Takva at Van 2nd Assize Court, the journalist faces a claim of imprisonment from 9 years up to 18 years.
