Journalist Murat Aksoy, who was sentenced to 2 years and one month of imprisonment due to ‘aiding an illegal organization’ in the case he was on trial with the allegation of taking part in the “Gülen Community’s media structuring,” was imprisoned once again after the finalization of his sentence with the approval of the Court of Cassation. Aksoy has been released after being arrested pending trial for 421 days within the case.
