Mansur Çelik, Managing Editor of ANKA News Agency, was sentenced to 1 year in prison in the lawsuit filed against him due to “targeting people who took part in the fight against terrorism” upon Akın Gürlek’s complaint. Ankara 22nd High Criminal Court reduced the journalist’s sentence to 6 months and postponed it.
