The third hearing of the lawsuit filed against 23 people, including Legal Bureau of the Oppressed (EHB) lawyers and Etkin News Agency (ETHA) workers, with the allegations of “illegal organization membership” and “making illegal organization propaganda” was held. Three of the defendants are arrested and in the hearing, a verdict of release was issued for journalist Izminaz Temel. Istanbul 27th Assize Court issued Temel’s release with judicial measure and travel ban. The next hearing will be held on April 24, starting at 10:30.
