Dokuz8HABER Editor-in-Chief Gökhan Biçici was acquitted of the charge of “insulting the President”. The journalist was on trial at the Istanbul 8th Criminal Court of First Instance due to the article, titled, “Reaction from hacker group Anonymous to Erdoğan with the example of Berkin Elvan” published on June 1, 2020 as part of the case.
