Selim Ölçer, Member of the Board of Directors of the Ivy Anti-Poverty and Sustainable Development Association, which was established by Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality and provincial civil organizations in 2006 and was closed in 2016 with a Statutory Decree, as well as members Mahmut Erinç and Haydar Kılıçoğlu were convicted on the charge of “aiding a terrorist organization”. The directors and members of the association, who helped more than 4 thousand people in need in 10 years, were sentenced to 2 years and 1 month in prison by the Diyarbakır 9th Assize Court.
