16th Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation issued for stay of execution and for the release of lawyer Aytaç Ünsal, who was on an indefinite hunger strike for 213 days with a claim of fair trial. Ünsal was released from Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital he was kept at, after the Court of Cassation decree.
