The lawsuit filed against former Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Chair Sebahat Tuncel due to her expression, “Tayyip Erdoğan is a complete misogynist” during a speech she gave in 2016, was concluded. Diyarbakır 10th Criminal Court of First Instance sentenced Tuncel to 11 months and 20 days of imprisonment with the allegation of “insulting the President.”
