Artvin Community Center Chairman Dursun Ali Koyuncu, who was charged with “public incitement to disobey the law” through the speech he gave on May 1st, 2017, was sentenced to five months of imprisonment. Artvin Criminal Court of First Instance convicted Koyuncu due to his expressions, “Dictators would never leave through ballot boxes, and they never will; that’s why the only way is through the streets, through revolution.”
