Munzur Culture and Nature Festival, planned to be organized for the 18th time this year, was banned by Tunceli Governorate. In the notice sent to the organizing committee of the festival, the governorate claimed that the festival is “providing finance and staff for terrorist organization.” The festival was banned by the governorate last year as well due to the State of Emergency.
