September 12 Shame Museum exhibition, organized in collaboration with Izmir Metropolitan Municipality and Revolutionist 1978 Generation Federation was not permitted by the Governorate. The federation made a statement on the ban, saying, “Our events within the September 12 Shame Museum on the 40th Anniversary of September 12 were postponed by the Governorate and the bureaucracy oppressed by the Governorate as a result of the interventions they made against the format of the exhibition.”
