The lawsuit filed against six police officers on university student Caner Ertay having been tortured during the Gezi Park protests, was concluded. Eskişehir 4th Criminal Court of First Instance sentenced 2 police officers to 23 months and 10 days of imprisonment due to “injury”, deferred the announcement of the verdicts and issued the acquittal of 4 police officers.
