An investigation was filed against four teachers in Edremit district of Balıkesir, three of whom were Education and Science Workers’ Union members. The teachers were charged with “supporting terrorist organisations by attending many Confederation of Public Workers’ Unions – Education and Science Workers’ Union protests a number of times” and were released after their interrogation at the Prosecutor’s Office.
