Numerous individuals were detained during house raids conducted in Adana, citing protests against attacks on Rojava as justification. Nine people, including lawyer Musa Bendaş, a member of the Lawyers for Freedom Association, were taken to the police station. The prosecutor’s office requested the arrest of the suspects on charges of “terrorist organization propaganda,” “violation of Law No. 2911,” and “resisting to prevent the performance of duty.” The Criminal Court of Peace decided to arrest Musa Bendaş and four others, while releasing four others under judicial control.
