The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) decided that the denial of the request of lawyer Ramazan Demir for the access ban against the websites of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), the Constitutional Court as well as the Official Gazette to be revoked in order to be able to prepare his and his clients’ defense statements as he was kept under arrest was a violation of freedom of expression, issuing 1500 Euros of moral compensation and 2 thousand Euros of court expenses to be paid to him.
