Ahmet Kazancı, who is alleged to have been involved in the media activities of ISIS’s Khorasan branch, was taken into custody on June 17 as part of an operation conducted by the National Intelligence Organization (MİT). Officials stated that Kazancı had played a role in the group’s propaganda activities and was apprehended after crossing the border into Turkey.
