The People’s Liberation Party (HKP) Deputy Secretary General and Izmir Provincial Chair Tacettin Çolak was detained due to the posters hung on the party’s headquarters and the provincial buildings. Izmir Public Prosecutor claimed that the related posters “insulted the President through implication.”
