Two 23-year-olds were detained due to the video they shared on TikTok with the caption, “The areas of use of a Turkish passport”. They were later released with a travel ban and on the condition of judicial measures. The video depicted the Turkish passport being used as an oven mitten and a coaster, which were made subject to the charge of “denigration of sovereignty elements of the state.”
