Istanbul 7th Civil Court of First Instance denied the lawsuit for compensation of 100 thousand TL against lawyer Yaman Akdeniz, who announced on social media the access ban on the news about the rejection of the lawsuit filed for the news on Paradise Papers. The lawsuit in question was filed by Serhat Albayrak, the elder brother of President Erdoğan’s son-in-law, Berat Albayrak.
