The Constitutional Court (AYM) decided that it is a violation of the right to meeting and demonstration to issue a penalty of “reprimand” against Confederation of Public Workers’ Unions (KESK)’s Bureau Workers’ Union Chair Leyla Sezen due to a press statement she attended in 2010. 5,500 TL moral compensation will be paid to Sezen.
