The Constitutional Court decided that it is a violation of the right to privacy through the prevention of academic studies that a travel ban was issued against Peace Academic Latife Akyüz.
The high court further decided that the right to fair trial of İdris Ertaş was violated after he was not employed as a public officer after administrative processes and local court decrees based on “intelligence notes only” even though he had sufficient grades received from the examination for public employees.
