The Constitutional Court’s General Assembly issued a violation decree once again in the second application made for Enis Berberoğlu, who lost his seat in the Parliament, after the previous violation decree was not executed by the local courts. In the unanimous decree, it was decided that Berberoğlu’s right to election and political activity as well as his right to personal freedom and safety were violated. The decree was sent to Istanbul 14th Assize Court, which is the court that didn’t execute the previous Constitutional Court decree, to eliminate the consequences of the violation.
