The application of violation made by arrested former People’s Democratic Party (HDP) Co-Chair Figen Yüksekdağ at the Constitutional Court on her meetings with her lawyers having been recorded, was denied by the Constitutional Court. The court based the denial on the records being taken “during the State of Emergency.”
