The Constitutional Court (AYM) finalized the individual application, made by sendika.org against the access ban issued on the website by the Telecommunication and Information Directorate (TIB), about five years after the initial application. The court indicated that it is a violation of freedom of expression to ban access to the news website, which was banned to access for exactly 62 times since July 2015 and survives on the url sendika63.org. The court decree on a compensation and the warrant to revoke the ban will be sent to the Criminal Judicature of Peace.
