Republican People’s Party (CHP) Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu had stated, “I am saying this for the first time from here, the number one political limb of FETÖ is the person who is currently invading the Presidential position. The number one political limb… And let him sue me, I will prove it.” The lawsuit filed by President Erdoğan against Kılıçdaroğlu with a claim of compensation for 250 thousand TL was concluded. Ankara 26th Civil Court of First Instance denied the claim of Kılıçdaroğlu, who wanted to use his “right to prove claim” and sentenced the CHP leader to pay 5 thousand TL compensation.
