The Atatürk sculpture, exhibited in the garden of a private firm, is being removed after the meeting held between the firm and Urla Prison. Following heavy debates on social media, some claimed for legal action to be taken against the authorities in accordance with Turkish Criminal Code Article 5816 regulating “Crimes against Atatürk.”
