Five people, including Kulp Co-Mayors Mehmet Fatih Taş and Fatma Ay, were arrested in the investigation on the explosion in Kulp district of Diyarbakır, which caused seven casualties. Ministry of the Interior replaced the co-mayors with Kulp District Governor Mustafa Gözlet as a trustee.
