A lawsuit of closure has been filed against the Religious Scholars Aid and Solidarity Association (DIAYDER), whose members and administrators were previously arrested for giving sermons in Kurdish, on charges of “terrorist organization membership” and “aiding a terrorist organization”. Claiming the closure of the association, the Prosecutor claimed that the executives of the association wrote “columns encouraging to disrupt the indivisible integrity of Turkey” and cited the columns as a reason for the association’s closure.
