The fourth Censorship and Self-Censorship Report of the ‘Don’t be Silent’ Platform in Turkey was launched. The report evaluates the period between December 2019 and December 2020. According to the report, the COVID-19 outbreak became a reason for all preventions in general and public institutions are the ones applying such preventions.
