PEN member and author Gökhan Yavuzel, who resides in Wales, announced that he was attacked by four Turkish-speaking people. The author’s name was in the 21-people “death list” shared by anonymous Turkish nationalist accounts, which previously led to the targeting of journalist Erk Acarer as well. Acarer has also recently been attacked in Germany.
