Ankara University (AU) Rectorate launched new disciplinary investigations against students who participated in a press statement held on March 24 in the backyard of the Faculty of Political Sciences. The investigations were based on the gathering of a group of about 100 students to “protest against the current government” and verbal taunts during the press statement. Students were called by Ankara University Faculty of Law to learn that an investigation had been launched against them.
