A Syrian refugee, who was residing in Gaziantep for 6 years, stated that her house was attacked by the other residents of the neighborhood with stones. The video of her explaining the attack was shared on social media, where she was seen saying, “Our lives are not under safety. They have stoned our house. Why are we constantly exposed to this racism? We only want our life security, nothing else.” Gaziantep Governor Davut Gül made a statement on the matter and claimed that what happened was a quarrel between neighbours.
