Known for his social media posts, journalist Emre Erciş was attacked with arms near his house in Fatih district of Istanbul. The attacker approached Erciş with a motorcycle and opened fire towards him. Injured on the leg, the journalist was hospitalised at Erciş Samatya Training and Research Hospital.
